Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from this website or use it. Please read them before you order. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This online store is operated from Israel by Vizosun (“we”, “us”). We sell sunglasses and fashion glasses to consumers in many countries.

2. Products and images
Each product page shows the frame and lens color you get. Screens differ, so colors may look slightly different in real life. Some images on this site, including the people shown, are digitally created or edited and are for illustration. Our lenses are non-prescription.
3. Prices, currency, taxes and duties
All prices are in US dollars. One pair is $30. Bundles: 2 pairs $52, 3 pairs $72, 4 pairs $90, 5 pairs $110. Shipping is $4 for a single pair and free from 2 pairs. You can order up to 5 pairs at a time. The total is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or import taxes charged in your country. These are set by your country’s authorities, are paid by you, and are usually collected by the carrier or customs when the parcel arrives. PayPal may convert the price into your currency and may charge its own currency-conversion fee.
4. Placing an order and payment
You pay through PayPal in one single payment for the full total shown at checkout. We do not offer payment in installments. Some PayPal accounts or countries may be offered PayPal’s own pay-later or card options on PayPal’s page. If so, PayPal, not us, shows the number of payments, the amount of each payment and the total before you confirm.
Clicking the pay button on our checkout page takes you to PayPal. Your order is a binding purchase once you complete payment. We accept your order when PayPal confirms your payment and we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, if a price was shown in error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the 75 countries and regions offered at checkout. See our shipping page for processing times, delivery and customs.
6. Your right to cancel and returns
You can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days after you receive them, without giving a reason. The full process, costs and refund timing are on our returns page. That page forms part of these terms.
7. Faulty or wrong items; your legal rights
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund you as set out on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer in your country, including legal guarantees for goods that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
8. Using your sunglasses safely
- Do not look directly at the sun or use sunglasses to watch a solar eclipse.
- Strongly colored lenses can change how you see colors, including traffic signals. Check the rules where you live before wearing colored lenses to drive, and do not wear sunglasses to drive at night or in low light.
- Unless a product page states a UV rating or lens category, we make no claim about UV protection or lens category.
- Our lenses are non-prescription. They are not a substitute for prescription glasses or medical advice.
9. Intellectual property and other brands
The content of this site, including text, design and our own images, belongs to Vizosun or its licensors. Other brand names that appear on our comparison pages belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products being compared. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
10. Our liability
We do not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the courts of Israel are competent to hear disputes. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence, or any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your home country where the law gives you that right.
