Damaged or wrong items

If a frame arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund the item.

Change of mind

Because frames are made to order and shipped worldwide, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or fit. Check the shape and size guide before ordering.

Lenses

Lenses are non-prescription and made for style. They are not a substitute for prescription glasses.
