Launch giveaway: official rules

1. Who runs the giveaway
The giveaway is run by Vizosun (“we”). It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or TikTok, and is in no way associated with them. You release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility connected with it.

2. Who can enter
You can enter if you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and live in one of the 75 countries and regions we ship to. People who work for Vizosun and their immediate family cannot enter. One person gets one entry in total, however many accounts they have.
3. Dates
The giveaway starts when our giveaway post goes live and ends on 15 November 2026 at 19:00 UTC. Entries made after that time do not count. We draw the winner on or after 16 November 2026.
4. How to enter
- Follow @vizosunbrand on Instagram or @vizosun on TikTok.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the giveaway post and tag one friend. Tagging is only in the comment. Do not tag anyone in a photo they are not in.
Sharing the post to your story is welcome, but it is not required and does not give extra chances. Entries must be made by you, from a public account that we can see. Entries made with bought followers, automated tools or fake accounts are removed.
5. Prize
One winner receives one pair of Vizosun sunglasses of their choice from the styles on our website, shipped free. The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Import duties, customs fees and taxes charged in the winner’s country are paid by the winner.
6. How the winner is chosen
After the giveaway ends, one winner is picked at random from all valid entries. We announce the winner on the account that ran the giveaway and message them directly. We will only ask the winner for a delivery address and which pair they want, and we will never ask for a password, a payment or a card number. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, we may choose another winner.
7. Your data
We use your public username and the details you send us only to run the giveaway and to send the prize. We delete delivery details after the prize is delivered and returns time has passed, unless the law requires us to keep them. See our privacy policy.
8. Changes and problems
We may change, pause or cancel the giveaway if something goes wrong that we cannot control, such as a technical fault or a rule from a platform. If we do, we will say so on the giveaway post. We decide any dispute about the giveaway, and these rules follow the same law as our terms of sale.
